Journal Article 2024 11 23 <p>One of the common techniques in children’s and adolescent literature is the rewriting and recreation of classical and contemporary texts in simplified language for young audiences. The necessity of this practice lies in familiarizing children and adolescents with classical literature and helping them better understand valuable works composed in an archaic style and language, filled with ethical, didactic, cultural, and social themes. The narrative structure and moral content of Saadi’s prose and poetry have consistently provided a suitable foundation for adaptation by rewriting authors. In recent years, many writers have turned to the rewriting and recreation of his precious works. In this study, using a descriptive-analytical method, the tale "The Short and Lowly Prince and His Brothers” from the first chapter of Saadi’s Gulistan is critically examined alongside its rewritings for children, with a focus on narrative elements. In most of these rewritings, the thematic content of the story remains consistent with the original text, and in the majority of cases, only the language has been modernized and simplified. There is little deviation from the original narrative.</p> <p>یکی از شگردها در ادبیات کودک و نوجوان بازنویسی و بازآفرینی از متون کهن و معاصر به زبان ساده برای گروه­های سنی کودک و نوجوان است. ضرورت این کار آشنایی و درک بهتر کودک و نوجوان از متون کهن و آثار ارزشمندی است که به سبک و زبان کهن خلق شده­اند و پر از مفاهیم اخلاقی، تعلیمی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و... می­باشند. ساختار روایی و درون مایه­های اخلاقی نظم و نثر سعدی همواره بستر مناسبی برای اقتباس نویسندگان بازنویس بوده است و در طی چند سال اخیر نویسندگان زیادی به بازنویسی و بازآفرینی این آثار گرانقدر وی روی آورده­اند. در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به نقد و بررسی «حکایت ملک­زاده کوتاه و حقیر و برادرانش» در باب اول گلستان سعدی و نقد بازنویسی­های این داستان برای کودکان با توجه به رویکرد عناصر داستانی پرداخته شده است. در اکثر بازنویسی­های این داستان، درونمایه و محتوای داستان در مقایسه با متن اصلی یکسان است؛ و در اکثر بازنویسی­ها فقط زبان ساده و امروزی گشته است. تفاوت چندانی با متن اصلی صورت نگرفته است.</p> https://www.jtpll.com/index.php/jtpll/article/download/58/75
