Journal Article 1404/03/20 <p>The world’s living languages possess their own particular grammatical rules and systems, and depending on their origins and roots, they generally share certain commonalities. In this regard, there are numerous similarities between Arabic and Persian, although in some cases they diverge. These similarities and differences, in addition to the lexical level, are also evident in the syntactic domain, particularly in relation to the marfūʿāt. Accordingly, the present study conducts a comparative investigation of the marfūʿāt in Persian and Arabic. The findings of this descriptive–analytical study indicate that examining the marfūʿāt in Arabic and Persian helps us understand why Persian has no need for iʿrāb (case inflection), whereas in Arabic this system is essential for maintaining grammatical structure. Iʿrāb in Arabic serves as a method for indicating the syntactic role of words within a sentence, while in Persian word order holds greater importance. Unlike Arabic, in Persian the syntactic functions of words are not expressed through phonological alternations at the end of words.</p> <p>زبان‌های زنده دنیا دستور و قواعد خاص خود را دارند و بسته به ریشه و اصل آن‌ها عموما وجه مشترک نیز دارند و در همین راستا، وجوه تشابه زیادی بین زبان عربی و زبان فارسی وجود دارد که اما در برخی موارد متفاوت هستند. این تشابه و تفاوت‌ها علاوه بر بخش واژگان در حوزه نحوی به ویژه در مرفوعات نیز قابل مشاهده است که بر همین اساس تحقیق حاضر به بررسی تطبیقی مرفوعات در دو زبان فارسی و عربی پرداخته شده است. نتایج این بررسی که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام پذیرفته است، نشان داد که بررسی مرفوعات در عربی و فارسی به ما کمک می‌‌کند تا بفهمیم که چرا فارسی نیازی به اعراب ندارد، درحالی‌که در عربی این سیستم برای حفظ ساختار دستوری ضروری است. اعراب در عربی روشی برای نشان دادن نقش نحوی واژه‌ها در جمله است اما در زبان‌ فارسی، ترتیب کلمات اهمیت بیشتری دارد و در زبان فارسی برخلاف عربی، نقش‌های نحوی کلمات از طریق تغییرات آوایی در انتهای آن‌ها مشخص نمی‌‌شود.</p> https://www.jtpll.com/index.php/jtpll/article/download/199/142
